Return Policy :
For any reason you are not happy with your order you can return the products to us in its original packaging, unmarked and complete with any tags and labels without any damages in true shape and size to us within 10 days of receiving your Products. We will accept the returns.
We can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective which is claimed within 10 days from the day of purchase. If Purchaser does not report defection within 10 days after purchase at the online store or after receipt of shipment of online order, exchange/refund is not possible at any reason.

Refund Policy :
Once the product has been returned to us in its original condition without any damages, we will refund the money back to you via the original mode of payment.
1. If you have paid online through a Net Banking, Credit card or Debit card the refund will be processed on the same card or Same Bank account.
2. If you have paid through Cash On Delivery (COD), your money will be refunded via NEFT to your bank account. Once you initiate the returns process we will send you a link or E-mail to enter your bank details for refund your amount.
We cannot replace the lens or issue a refund if you do not like the color or the powers you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes or in case you have already opened blister or bottle (vial). We recommend that you consult with your Eye Care professional BEFORE ordering from our website.
